All indicators that we provide have flexible options and can be customised in the settings menu, so no coding experience is required to make them match your trading style. We always build our indicators so that the core input settings can be changed by the user.

Can you upgrade indicators with custom requirements - e.g. add alerts, make them work for shorts, add for lower timeframes, create scanners etc?

CUSTOM INDICATOR ORDER POLICY

Placing a Custom Order

• If you're interested in a custom order, please provide a detailed description of your requirements. We call this “Scope of Work”.

• Based on your description (Scope of Work), we will provide an estimate of the time and cost.

• Our rate for custom work is $100 per hour (rate that we have not changed last 15 years).

Payment Terms

• Once you agree to the estimated cost, a 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the work.

• After completing the work, we'll provide you limited access to review the script.

• Once you confirm that the script meets your requirements and has no bugs, the remaining 50% payment is due. Upon receiving the final payment, we will grant you full access to the script.

Revisions & Fixes

• If there are any bugs based on your initial requirements, we'll fix them at no additional cost.

• For any new requirements or changes not originally mentioned, we'll provide a new quote for the additional work.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If we cannot agree on new requirements and you decide to cancel the order, but the script is already fully functional based on the initial requirements, the 50% upfront payment will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.
