TROUBLESHOOTING
TradingView supports real-time data for the majority of tickers you can find on the platform. Only a small portion of them (mostly futures contracts) require a small monthly fee to access real-time data.
When comparing same indicators across platforms this might result in small differences. For most tickers and timeframes data is largely the same between the major platforms like ThinkorSwim / Schwab and TradingView.
However, there are differences in intraday timeframes (those that are less than 1 day) and between futures and forex.
In order to get to the most 'real' data, it is best to subscribe to the TradingView premium Data Charts - this is a separate subscription to the main Premium accounts and is available based on data sets.
If you contact us on weekends outside of the hours of 1PM to 11AM EST, it may take up to 12 hours to receive a response.
